CIBER (CBR) was Reiterated by Maxim Group to “Buy” while Lowering the Price Target of the company shares to $ 3 from a previous price target of $5 . Maxim Group advised their investors in a research report released on May 5, 2016.

Many Wall Street Analysts have commented on CIBER. Shares were Reiterated by Maxim Group on Feb 18, 2016 to “Buy” and Lowered the Price Target to $ 5 from a previous price target of $7 .
