Innsuites Hospitality Trust (IHT): Pamela J Barnhill , COO of Innsuites Hospitality Trust purchased 5,400 shares on May 20, 2016. InnSuites Hospitality Trust is a real estate investment trust. The Company is engaged in the ownership and operation of hotel properties. The Company has around five moderate hotels with approximately 843 hotel suites. Four of its Hotels are branded through membership agreements with Best Western. All five Hotels are branded as InnSuites Hotels. The Company is also engaged in various operations incidental to the operation of hotels such as the operation of restaurants meeting/banquet room rentals and the operation of a reservation system. The Company operates in two segments: Hotel Operating & Corporate segment which has ownership interest in five hotel properties with an aggregate of 843 suites in Arizona southern California and New Mexico and the IBC Developments segment serving around 6300 unrelated hotel properties. The Company also provides trademark and licensing services to various hotels.
