UDR (UDR) was Downgraded by KeyBanc Capital Mkts to ” Sector Weight”. Earlier the firm had a rating of “Overweight ” on the company shares. KeyBanc Capital Mkts advised their investors in a research report released on May 26, 2016.

Many Wall Street Analysts have commented on UDR. UDR was Downgraded by Mizuho to ” Neutral” on Mar 21, 2016.

On the company’s financial health, UDR reported $0.43 EPS for the quarter, based on the information available during the earnings call on Apr 25, 2016. Analyst had a consensus estimate of $0.43. The company had revenue of $234.82 million for the quarter, compared to analysts expectations of $234.51 million. The company’s revenue was up 6.9% compared to the same quarter last year.
