HCP (HCP) is Downgraded by Morgan Stanley to Underweight

HCP (HCP) was Downgraded by Morgan Stanley to ” Underweight”. Earlier the firm had a rating of “Equal-Weight ” on the company shares. Morgan Stanley advised their investors in a research report released on Jun 22, 2016.

Many Wall Street Analysts have commented on HCP. HCP was Upgraded by Jefferies to ” Hold” on May 10, 2016.

The company had revenue of $640.80 million for the quarter, compared to analysts expectations of $613.89 million. The company’s revenue was up 4.9% compared to the same quarter last year. During the same quarter in the previous year, the company posted $0.79 EPS.

HCP closed down -0.31 points or -0.88% at $34.87 with 39,16,840 shares getting traded on Monday. Post opening the session at $35.34, the shares hit an intraday low of $34.86 and an intraday high of $35.43 and the price fluctuated in this range throughout the day.Shares ended Monday session in Red.
