The Company is a producer of warm climate high-yield alfalfa seed varieties including varieties that can thrive in poor saline soils. The Company also offers seed cleaning and processing for other seed manufacturers. S&W owns a seed-cleaning and processing facility in Five Points California. The property includes a total of 40 acres including 35 acres that are in reserve for future development and five acres with permanent structures and three seed-processing lines. The Company’s products are grown under contract by farmers in the San Joaquin and Imperial Valleys of California Southern Australia as well as by the Company itself under a small direct farming operation. S&W is also focused on breeding improved varieties of stevia improving its harvesting and milling techniques and developing marketing and distribution programs for its stevia products.
