Duke Realty Corporation is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company operates in four segments: industrial, office, medical office real estate investments and service operations. The Company conducts its Service Operations through Duke Realty Services, LLC, Duke Realty Services Limited Partnership and Duke Construction Limited Partnership (DCLP). As of December 31, 2014, the Companys portfolio included owned or jointly controlled 729 industrial, offices, medical office and other properties, of which 706 properties with approximately 146.9 million square feet were in service.
