The Robotics segment operates four chartered vessels, and also includes ROVs, trenchers and ROVDrills designed to offshore subsea construction and well intervention services. The Companys Production Facilities segment, which include the Helix Producer I (HP I), which is a floating production vessel. Its subsea construction operations included the use of umbilical lay and pipelay vessels and ROVs to develop fields in the deepwater.
