The Companys T&D assets are owned by its subsidiary Sharyland Distribution and Transmission Services, L.L.C. (SDTS) and SDTSs wholly owned subsidiaries, Sharyland Projects, L.L.C. (SPLLC) and SDTS FERC, L.L.C. (SDTS FERC). The Companys tenant, Sharyland, is a regulated utility and serves over 50,000 electricity delivery points in 29 counties throughout Texas.
