Dillard's (DDS) is Upgraded by Credit Suisse to Outperform

Dillard's (DDS) was Upgraded by Credit Suisse to ” Outperform”. Earlier the firm had a rating of “Neutral ” on the company shares. Credit Suisse advised their investors in a research report released on Sep 28, 2016.

Many Wall Street Analysts have commented on Dillard's. Company shares were Reiterated by Telsey Advisory Group on Aug 12, 2016 to “Market Perform”, Firm has raised the Price Target to $ 65 from a previous price target of $62 .

On the company’s financial health, Dillard's reported $0.35 EPS for the quarter, beating the analyst consensus estimate by $ 0.07 according to the earnings call on Aug 11, 2016. Analyst had a consensus of $0.28. The company had revenue of $1452.40 million for the quarter, compared to analysts expectations of $1471.60 million. The company’s revenue was down -4.1 % compared to the same quarter last year.During the same quarter in the previous year, the company posted $0.75 EPS.

Dillard's closed down -0.26 points or -0.44% at $58.21 with 2,30,628 shares getting traded on Tuesday. Post opening the session at $58.19, the shares hit an intraday low of $58.04 and an intraday high of $59.38 and the price fluctuated in this range throughout the day.Shares ended Tuesday session in Red.

It operate approximately 297 Dillard’s stores including 20 clearance centers and an Internet store offering a range of merchandise including fashion apparel for women men and children accessories cosmetics home furnishings and other consumer goods. It also offers shoes handbags and other accessories. The Company also operates a general contracting construction company CDI Contractors LLC and CDI Contractors Inc. (CDI) a portion of whose business includes constructing and remodeling stores for the Company.
