The Company’s Carlisle underground coal mine is located near the town of Carlisle Indiana in Sullivan County. Its Ace mine is located 42 miles northeast of the Carlisle Mine. The Company’s Oaktown 1 Mine (underground) comprises 44 million tons controlled and rated proved and probable of the Indiana V seam. The Company has a multi-commodity truck/barge terminal on the Indiana bank of the Ohio River near the William Natcher Bridge between Rockport and Grandview Indiana.
